Dear Sir / Madam,

We are happy to inform, that Tamil Nadu Taekwondo Association, in association with Salem District Amateur Taekwondo Association is Organizing 14^th National Open Taekwondo Championships: 2026, in Kids, Sub-Junior, Cadet, Junior & Senior Division on 26^th to 28^th June 2026 at Mahatma Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Salem, Tamil Nadu.

We cordially invite you and your teams to participate in the Championship.  There is no restriction for participation from a State in a weight Category. Criteria for participation in above Championships is as follows :-

1. Pee Wee Group Boys & Girls aged below 7 Years (Born on or after 01/01/2020) are eligible.
2. Sub-Junior Boy & Girl Athletes aged between 7& 11+ Years (Born between 01/01/2015 & 31/12/2019) are eligible.
3. Cadet Boy & Girl Athletes aged between 12 & 14 Years (Born between 01/01/2012 & 31/12/2014) are eligible.
4. Junior Male & Female Athletes aged between 15 & 17 Years (Born between 01/01/2009 & 31/12/2011) are eligible.
5. Senior Male & Female Athletes aged 17 Years & Above (Born on or before 31/12/2009).
6. Only colour belt holders are eligible to participate in the Championship.

Age will be calculated based on the year 2026.Holder of TFI ID Card & Recommended by the President / Secretary of affiliated State Taekwondo Association / Organization are eligible. We are enclosing the Outline – Information & Rules for Participation.

The last date for submission of entries by Google Form along with Photos and relevant documents is 20/06/2026positively.  Entry Fees should be deposited in following Bank account details given below :-
