The Tamil Nadu government orders allocating 3% reservation in jobs within government and public sector organizations for sportspersons.

The Tamil Nadu government, under the leadership of the Honorable Chief Minister Thiru M.K. Stalin and the Deputy Chief Minister/Minister for Youth Welfare and Sports Development, Thiru Udhayanidhi Stalin , has issued government orders allocating 3% reservation in jobs within government and public sector organizations for sportspersons.

Today, appointment orders were presented to Taekwondo athletes
Ms. Monashree from Dindigul district and
Ms. Arul Arasi from Nilgiris district, based on this government policy.

The Tamil Nadu Taekwondo Association extends heartfelt gratitude to the Tamil Nadu government, the Member Secretary of the Tamil Nadu Sports Development Authority, the President of the Tamil Nadu Olympic Association and Tamil Nadu Taekwondo Association, Dr. Ishari K. Ganesh sir., the General Secretary of the Tamil Nadu Taekwondo Association, Mr.P. Selvamani sir, and all district Taekwondo affiliate associations for their unwavering support to these athletes and sportspersons.
